Justice Laboratory Software announces Instrument acquisition and control of Agilent 6890N

 

  Denville NJ , Justice Laboratory Software, the leading developer of Chromatography Data system software for science based industries, announced today it’s introduction of the new Instrument set point control and data acquisition for Agilent 6890N connected to the Chrom Perfect® Spirit Data System .

 In the spirit of continuing support of the Chromatography community, Chrom Perfect® Spirit now supports the Agilent 6890N. Users are free to choose an interface to the 6890N via standard COM ports or TCP/IP (Ethernet). 

The same Chrom Perfect data system will also support data acquisition and control of existing HP4890, 5890, 6850, 6890, 6890Plus as well as the latest 6890N, all on the same workstation. Chrom Perfect® Spirit, in addition to digital data acquisition and control, can also utilize any of the wide range of Tigre Series A/D’s for data acquisition from other Chromatographic instruments at the same time.

   The new 6890N control joins the growing family of instruments with set point control supported by Chrom Perfect® Spirit. The 6890N connection extends the superior features of Chrom Perfect brand data systems. 

With the user interface to the widely used Chrom Perfect Agilent GC control, this new control option permits users to easily move from instrument to instrument without requiring them to learn multiple data and control systems.

 Version 5.5 and above of Chrom Perfect® Spirit will support the Varian, CTC, Trace GC control, and existing Tigre IV, four channel USB, Tigre III two channel USB and the Tigre II two channel serial as well as legacy ISA and direct instrument interface control and data acquisition methods.
